1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of goldenspinpalace.org. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2. What Golden Spin Palace does

We publish editorial information about sports and racing betting available to people in New Zealand. We are not a bookmaker, a betting exchange, a casino, a payment provider or a financial adviser. You cannot place a bet or fund an account through these pages, and we do not run games.

3. Who may use the site

You must be 18 or over. The age confirmation shown on first visit is a gate, not an identity check; you are responsible for the answer you give, and for making sure that using any operator we mention is lawful where you are.

4. Nothing here is advice or a prediction

Our guides explain how markets, odds and promotions work. They are not tips, not investment advice, and not a suggestion that any selection will win. Odds, promotions and operator terms change without notice, and an operator's current terms always prevail over anything written on this site.

5. Regulatory context in New Zealand

Sports and racing betting is governed by the Gambling Act 2003 and overseen by the Department of Internal Affairs, with TAB NZ as the licensed domestic operator. Any contract you enter is with the operator, not with us.

6. Commercial relationships

We may be paid a commission when a reader follows an outbound link and registers or transacts with a featured operator. That can affect which operators are listed and in what order. It does not change the odds or terms you receive, and it does not oblige us to describe an operator favourably.

7. Third-party websites
